I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On one hand, it offers a great location that's really close to the beach and entertainment. My room, however, was not what I expected; I booked a king but ended up with something smaller. The noise from the AC units outside was quite bothersome too. The service staff seemed indifferent at times, which was disappointing. Overall, the value didn't quite match the price I paid.

I had booked a king room, but ended up with a smaller one, which was frustrating. Plus, the noise from the AC units located in the parking lot made it hard to relax.
Service
5.0
The service was unfortunately quite lacking. During busy breakfast times, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly at all.
Location
9.0
The location couldn't be better! It's right in the heart of Waikiki, close to the beach and a lot of fun activities and restaurants.
Dining

Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. I felt like I could find better options elsewhere.
Facilities

The overall facilities were decent, but nothing flashy. They had the basics covered.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms could definitely use some updates as they felt a bit dated, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The dining was also a letdown, with overpriced food that didn’t match the quality I'd hoped for.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit dusty upon arrival and lacked a good view, which made them feel less inviting. They were also thin-walled, causing me to hear my neighbors at night.
Service
10.0
The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to assist us and even provided takeaway boxes for our early flight.
Location
9.0
The location was very good, just a short walk from Kalakaua Avenue, and close to the beach. I loved being able to see the Halloween festivities right from the hotel.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing, as the breakfast felt overpriced and was served on plastic plates.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but not anything to write home about, and there weren't many standout amenities.

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for beach access and restaurants. My room offered stunning ocean views and was very clean and comfortable, really enhancing my stay. The staff was friendly, though they fell a bit short in fulfilling some requests. While breakfast was complimentary, dining options could be improved. Overall, it's a solid choice but with some minor hiccups.

Rooms

I enjoyed my room with beautiful ocean views high up in the tower. It was clean and comfortable, making my stay very pleasant.

The staff was really hospitable and friendly, though they couldn't follow through on some requests even after saying yes initially.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated for beach access, shopping, and dining, making it a vibrant spot for tourists.
Dining

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, but I found the menu a bit limited for our tastes.

7.0/10

I stayed at this hotel recently and loved the location, right in the heart of Waikiki with easy access to the beach and local shops. The staff were super friendly, which added to the experience. However, the rooms need some attention as they were a bit small and showed signs of wear, and the noise outside from the drum banging was quite distracting. Overall, it was a good stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were small and didn't have enough towel bars or hooks for hanging items, which made things a bit cramped. Some areas showed signs of damage and wear, but they were generally clean.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly, they seemed overwhelmed and unable to follow through on requests, which was disappointing.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic—right in the center of Waikiki, making it super easy to access shopping areas and the beach.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast during my stay, but the options were limited and a bit pricey at $26 per person for additional meals.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was nice, but it was overshadowed by the noise from outside that made it less enjoyable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic with a view of the ocean and close to the beach, the rooms felt a bit outdated and lacked space. The service from the staff was friendly, but the noise levels at night were an issue for me. Overall, it’s a decent place but could use some improvements in the rooms and noise control.

Rooms
5.0
The room was not very spacious and had an outdated look. It wasn't exactly what I expected from a newer tower.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and provided some nice amenities like water and fruit at the beach, but there was also a lot of noise outside from protests.
Location
9.0
The location is amazing, right across from the beach, which I loved. It was also close to everything in Waikiki, but it felt very commercial and a bit too busy for my taste.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining to be overpriced. For just two eggs and two mimosas, I was charged 90 dollars, which was quite disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing special stood out. The pool area was okay, but I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy it.
